What can I offer?

I can offer you a confidential, professional listening ear, providing a safe, calm, space in which you are free to reflect and be supported. A time for you. It may be that you have current issues that are troubling you; you are feeling depressed, you have suffered a loss or difficulty; or you may have lost your zest for living, be struggling in a relationship, or be unsure about a decision you have to make. It may be that there is something in your past that you wish to resolve or a pattern that seems to have repeated often in your life that you’d like to gain insight into. I offer a sensitive and hopeful approach to help you find your way forward.

Location & Fees

I offer counselling in a peaceful setting in Twyford (which is  easily accessible from the A4; there is parking available, and I am walking distance from the train station) and am able to offer both short term and long term work; we can decide together which is most appropriate for you. I offer evening and day-time appointments.

60 minute sessions cost £35 a session. Please ask about concessions if you are unwaged.
